WARRANTY

We offer a standard warranty that is provided directly by the manufacturer of your specific product. Typically, this includes a lifetime warranty on frame construction, lifetime warranty on spring construction, 5 years on foam cores (if not longer) for sagging and 1 year on all fabric. If you have a claim that is due to poor construction and not misuse, we will facilitate a claim on your behalf. This is only applicable if your furniture is used under normal conditions, improper use or lack of maintenance is not covered under the standard warranty.

1. Name and delivery address
2. Date of purchase
3. Issue you feel is covered under warranty
4. Pictures of area of concern
5. Updated contact information if the details on your invoice are outdated

In addition to the standard warranty an accidental protection plan is available for purchase. Our home plan by Zucora is designed to protect your investment for 5 years. This covers accidental spills, rips, tears, and a one-time incident by a little furry family member too!
